Hydro burst sunscreen

I've used one bottle completely and placed more orders. Currently using the vitamin c sunscreen but the hydro burst is my favourite. It is like too much water which is fine but then I feel like it doesn't have much product and more water and I'm paying for the ingredients not water so if that can be changed and when it dries out on my skin it gets sticky and I hate that . The smell is lovely ???
