Faq

1. What does this exfoliating foot mask do?
It helps remove dead skin buildup, soften rough patches, smooth cracked heels, and leave the feet looking fresher and more renewed.

2. How does it exfoliate the feet?
The formula uses AHAs to gently loosen and lift away dead skin cells while soothing botanicals help keep the feet feeling comfortable.

3. Is it suitable for dry and cracked heels?
Yes. It is designed to target rough, dry feet and help improve the appearance of cracked, uneven heels with regular use.

4. Will the skin peel after using it?
You may notice dead skin gradually shedding depending on your skin condition and the strength of the formula. Do not pull or forcefully remove peeling skin.

5. When will I see results?
The feet may feel softer and smoother after use, while visible exfoliation and renewed-looking skin may develop gradually over the following days.

6. How often should I use it?
Use it as directed on the packaging. Avoid over-exfoliating or using it more frequently than recommended.

7. Can I use it on sensitive skin?
Sensitive skin types should perform a patch test before use. Avoid the product if your feet are irritated, inflamed, or highly sensitive to exfoliating acids.

8. Can I use it on cuts or broken skin?
No. Do not apply it to cuts, wounds, blisters, cracked skin that is bleeding, or any irritated or infected areas.

9. Can I apply moisturiser after using it?
Yes. Once the treatment is complete, use a nourishing foot cream to help keep the feet soft, smooth, and hydrated.

10. Can I manually scrub or peel the skin afterward?
No. Allow dead skin to shed naturally. Avoid harsh scrubs, foot files, or pulling the skin, as this may cause irritation.
